A vibrant, sweet paprika with a fruity flavour that is an excellent seasoning for chicken and meats and is widely used in cuisines worldwide. Ground from red bell peppers, which have been slowly dried to retain their sweetness, Bart Paprika has a higher ASTA rating than most common paprika. Use to season meats before grilling, add to paella, mix with mayonnaise and serve with shellfish. An essential in a Hungarian goulash.
