Oil obtained by extraction with only physical and mechanical processes from the pulp of the avocado fruit from organic farming and subsequent delicate filtration and polishing.
Crudigno organic cold-pressed avocado oil has a natural consistent content of monounsaturated fatty acids (approx. 65%) which help prevent and reduce the formation of bad cholesterol. Promotes cell regeneration and protects and softens the skin. Suitable for both cosmetic and food use. Avocado oil can be used both raw, to dress salads or other finished dishes, giving a tropical touch, or for cooking: it is therefore, like extra virgin olive oil, a versatile oil, which can be used both raw and cooked.
